I think you are probably stuck on the first gift. It don't have an interaction check on the top of the shelf, rather it is on the bottom of the level. The idea is player interacts with the long bar below the shelf to break the shelf and let the gift slide down to the floor. But I think I did too less tutorials to teach this concept.
